Establish Goals

• The efolio project will increase participants understanding of their work with mentoring while providing a resource for others. Specifically, the efolio project will allow learners the opportunity to establish personal goals associated with mentoring, acquire and assimilate artifacts of learning, and reflect on their learning and process.

One goal of our learning activity:

• set up, use and apply e portfolio in a course. Current OMET students creating their own online portfolio

IDEA for REV 9 Learning Project:

Thinking about the essential question for the Rev 9 project...

WHAT do they want their audience to know about them/our their life...OR their Action Research Project?

For example, if we ask them to create their own efolio as a resume. OR better yet, What if we ask them to share the content of their life event timelines in an efolio??? They have a template of the life events already and they can transport it into an efolio...This may save them a little time and energy...not re-inventing the wheel...just re-inventing the way it will be displayed.

In addition we could have them do a voice clip saying their name, where they are from, etc. :). I'm sure our cadre mates would appreciate something they already have in their grasp and learning how to present it in a new way. Hope this helps. :) Please share feedback , ideas, criticism. :) KZ
